Refund policy
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your product, you have 7-days to return.
To qualify for a return, following should be in place
• Product must be in same condition as received, not worn
• Have original tags and in its packaging
• Return with original invoice
• Contact us before returning in order to receive a return order
Package Damage
Please insure that the packaging is not damaged or interfered with from courier. Please notify us immediately if you find any defects.
Incorrect order or sizing
Should you have received incorrect order, please notify immediately us and follow return procedure.
Standard size curves are used, please make sure that you have your correct size measurements as we would not be able to refund if you order incorrectly
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns of following items
• Worn or used items
• Product not belonging to us
• Sale items
• Specific requests
• Personalized items
• Damaged items by customer
Refunds
Once your item/s is/are received, we will inspect and respond. We can either refund or exchange once approved. Please allow up to 3 working days for refund to reflect. Proof of refund will be sent to you. Cost + 1 delivery payment will be refunded.

DELIVERY TIMES
As small business we don’t always have available stock. We make product from scratch and will be able to quote you a delivery based on product and stock availability.
Your order is our priority so we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
• Delivery is 3-7 days during normal trading periods and working days once product is manufactured and sent to courier.
Confirmation
Once payment is received, order will be dispatched. A notification which includes a tracking / waybill number will be sent to you in order for you to follow up on your parcel.
Prices
All prices deemed correct and are subject to change at any given time.
Should there be an error from our side, we will correct this with immediate effect and take necessary steps to notify customers who ordered these products about the error and price change.
Sale items will be clearly marked, please take note of policy on return of such items
